Mon Morning Market Update - Austin Real Estate - June 11th

Just a quick snap shot at what is happening in Austin Real Estate as of today:
  • 8,543 homes for sale (Single Family, Condos, Townhouses) (Inventory is Up 1% from last week; +80 homes)
  • 4,192 homes under contract to close!
  •    -That's an incredible percentage of the active homes on the market
  • 9,607 homes have closed so far this year (An increase of +563 homes since last week).
Median Sold Home Stats for Single Family Homes:
  • Median price across Greater Austin: $205,000
  • Median price as a percentage of list price: 97.9%
  • Median days on market: 38
  • Most expensive home sold YTD: $6.54M
  • Median SOLD in Travis County: $240,000
  • Median SOLD in Williamson County: $181,000

  1. You are giving good news to me. I also want to purchase a house in Austin. Austin is a beautiful place to live. Austin is situated on Colorado River. Austin real estate prices fall all over the board, and are primarily dependent on, how close the location is, near the popular locations. Real estate investment is like small mutual funds, for rental properties.
